A Call To Action

As a motivational coach I put on workshops or talks for organizations and companies to help improve the work culture. So often some employees are living 3 days a week Friday to Sunday. During the "work week", some of them are on auto-pilot not giving their full effort. Many of them are very talented people but they are not show casing their skills. Most of the time it's not money, it's about not feeling appreciated. My job is help them see they are appreciated and rewiring their attitudes so they are living for Mondays not just Fridays. Let's get them excited to be at work, as a happy employee is a productive employee. It's time to help them rewrite their stories so they feel appreciated and wanted.
