Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signal Hill Chamber of Commerce, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your User Content
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
