Diane Wellness

Diane Dahi, CMT, FDNP, is an integrative holistic health coach, certified massage therapist, and Foundation Training fitness instructor with an office in Seal Beach, California. She specializes in supporting ambitious women and female leaders at every stage of life who are navigating stress, chronic pain, and ongoing health challenges.

Diane works with women in many roles — from teen athletes striving for performance and recovery, to busy mothers balancing family and career, to midlife women leading both households and professional lives while often supporting aging parents. She also supports senior women who want to maintain vitality, mobility, and independence while continuing to pursue meaningful goals.

Her approach focuses on identifying underlying factors that may contribute to discomfort or imbalance. In addition to therapeutic massage, Diane offers functional lab testing along with fitness and AFT (Aroma Freedom Technique for stress management). Functional lab testing provides personalized health insights, allowing clients to use real data to guide their wellness decisions — helping them test rather than guess when it comes to improving their health.

By combining hands-on therapy with functional wellness tools, lifestyle guidance, and client education, Diane empowers women to take an active role in their healing and long-term health. Her goal is to help clients reduce pain, restore mobility, improve energy, and support sustainable wellness.

While Diane sees clients in person at her Seal Beach office, she also works with clients virtually through online health coaching, allowing her to support women locally as well as across the country and internationally.

In addition to her private practice, Diane is the founder of Wellness Marketing Partners (wellmpartners.com), a digital marketing agency serving health and wellness service providers. Drawing on her own experience building a practice, she helps wellness professionals grow their visibility, attract aligned clients, and communicate their value with clarity and confidence online.
