How to Reset Password from the Sign-In Page

Use the Forgot Password link to email yourself a reset link and set a new password.

If you forgot your password (or you're not sure you ever set one), you can reset it from the sign-in page in under a minute.

Reset your password

  1. Go to /login and make sure you're on the email sign-in form.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the sign-in button.
  3. On the forgot password page, enter your Email Address.
  4. Click Send Reset Link.
  5. You'll see the confirmation: "We've sent a password reset link to [your email]. Click the link in the email to reset your password."
  6. Open the email and click the reset link — it takes you to the reset page.
  7. Enter a new password (minimum 6 characters) in both fields and submit.
  8. Once you see "Password Reset Successful!", you'll be redirected to sign in with your new password.

Didn't get the email?

  1. Check spam/junk. Add our sender to your contacts so future emails land in your inbox.
  2. Wait 1–2 minutes — sometimes there's a short delay.
  3. If it still doesn't arrive, re-enter your email on the forgot-password page to send a fresh link. Older links become invalid.
  4. Still nothing after 5 minutes? Contact us — your account may use a different email, or something's blocking delivery.

Don't have a password at all?
