Board meetings are a specific type of event that's restricted in visibility — only board members and chamber admins can see and register for them.
If you're on the board
- Open Events.
- Click the Board Meetings tab (only visible to board members).
- You'll see upcoming and past board meetings, your registration status, and meeting notes links where available.
If you're a regular member
Board meetings don't appear on your Events list because they're marked as board-only. That's intentional — governance business happens in those meetings, and attendance is limited to the board.
If you believe you should see them (because you've just joined the board, for example) and don't, contact us and we'll update your account flag.
Attending a board meeting as a guest
Sometimes the board invites regular members or community guests to a specific meeting. In that case, you'll be given a direct link by an admin — the meeting won't auto-appear in your Events list, but the link will take you straight to registration.
