How to Update Company Information

Edit your company name, description, logo, address, socials, and gallery from Company Settings.

Your company profile is what other chamber members (and the public directory) see when they look you up. Keeping it current makes you easier to find and connect with.

Open your company profile editor

  1. Open Company Settings.
  2. Fill in any field you want to update.
  3. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Fields you can edit

  • Company Name — required. Shown everywhere we display your company.
  • About — rich-text description shown on your public directory page.
  • Industry — helps the directory filter and search find you.
  • Website, Phone, Year Founded — all optional, all shown on your public page.
  • Address — optional. Auto-completes from Google Places as you type. Used on the public directory if you want to be listed with your location.
  • Social Media — Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube. These appear as clickable icons on your public page.
  • Logo — upload with built-in crop. Shows on your company card in the directory and next to your events.
  • Company Gallery — up to 24 images. Used as a carousel on your public directory page.

Who can edit

By default, anyone linked to the company can edit the company profile. If you want to restrict edits to the owner only, contact us.

Preview what the public sees

Your public page lives at /directory/{your-company-slug}. After saving, open that URL in an incognito window to see exactly what non-members see.

Still need help?

If your logo or gallery uploads fail, try smaller file sizes (under 5 MB each) or a different browser. If something else isn't saving, contact us.
