Every dues payment and event registration produces an invoice. You can download a PDF copy anytime for accounting, reimbursement, or taxes.
Download an invoice or receipt
- Open Billing Settings.
- Scroll to Past Invoices.
- Find the charge by date, description, or amount.
- Click View invoice (or View receipt for refunded items). A PDF opens in a new tab — save or print from there.
What's in each row
- Date — when the charge posted.
- Description — what the invoice was for (e.g., "Annual dues — Small Business," "Ribbon Cutting registration").
- Amount — gross amount charged.
- Status — Paid, Refunded, or Failed.
- Action — the View invoice button. If it says "Unavailable," the PDF wasn't archived (usually a very old record — contact us and we'll email you a copy).
Event registration agreements
If you signed a participation waiver for an event, you'll also see a View Agreement PDF button next to that invoice. It opens the signed agreement in your browser.
