How to Find and Download Invoice Receipts

Download PDF receipts for dues and event charges from Past Invoices.

Every dues payment and event registration produces an invoice. You can download a PDF copy anytime for accounting, reimbursement, or taxes.

Download an invoice or receipt

  1. Open Billing Settings.
  2. Scroll to Past Invoices.
  3. Find the charge by date, description, or amount.
  4. Click View invoice (or View receipt for refunded items). A PDF opens in a new tab — save or print from there.

What's in each row

  • Date — when the charge posted.
  • Description — what the invoice was for (e.g., "Annual dues — Small Business," "Ribbon Cutting registration").
  • Amount — gross amount charged.
  • Status — Paid, Refunded, or Failed.
  • Action — the View invoice button. If it says "Unavailable," the PDF wasn't archived (usually a very old record — contact us and we'll email you a copy).

Event registration agreements

If you signed a participation waiver for an event, you'll also see a View Agreement PDF button next to that invoice. It opens the signed agreement in your browser.
