Every help article has a direct URL you can share — copy it from the browser bar or right-click the article link anywhere in the help center.
Copy an article link
- Open any help article (like this one).
- Click the address bar and copy the URL (Cmd+C / Ctrl+C).
- Paste wherever you need: email, DM, another article.
The URL format is: https://signalhillchamber.org/knowledge-base/{collection}/{article-slug}
Each article URL stays the same even if we update the content. If we rename a collection or article, the old URL still redirects to the new one.
Share articles in support chat
When the AI assistant in support chat references an article, the link is included so you can open it in a new tab. Support chat citations use /help?article={slug} — these auto-redirect to the full article URL.
Opening an article someone sent you
- If it works — you'll land on the article directly.
- If it 404s — the article may have moved. Try searching the title from Help Center instead, or contact us to confirm the correct URL.
