If the Members tab in the Directory is showing a lock icon or disabled, it's because your account is still a future member — that is, you signed up but haven't completed dues payment yet.
Why the lock exists
The Members tab surfaces private contact info and profiles of chamber members. We reserve that to active, paid members to protect everyone's privacy and keep membership benefits meaningful. Once you're a paying member, the lock goes away immediately.
Unlock the Members tab
- Open Billing Settings.
- Follow the prompts to select a membership tier and pay dues through secure Stripe checkout.
- Once the payment succeeds, your membership level updates to active and the Members tab unlocks on next page load.
If you just completed payment and the lock is still showing, try refreshing — status updates take effect as soon as Stripe confirms the charge.
Admin or board member?
Admins and board members never see the lock, regardless of payment status. If you should have that access and don't, contact us.
