Common Fixes for Loading or Refresh Issues

Hard refresh, sign-in/out, different browser, different network — in that order.

If a page won't load, gets stuck, or you're seeing stale data, these quick fixes usually solve it before you need to contact support.

Start here

  1. Refresh the page. Browser address bar → refresh button (or Cmd/Ctrl + R). Hard refresh: Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows).
  2. Check your internet. Try opening another site. If it's slow too, the issue is your connection.
  3. Sign out and back in. Sidebar → Account → Sign Out. Then sign back in. Clears session-cache issues.

Still stuck?

Clear your cache (for just this site):

  • Chrome/Edge: Click the lock icon in the address bar → Site Settings → Clear & Reset.
  • Safari: Safari menu → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove for the chamber site.
  • Firefox: Lock icon → Clear Cookies and Site Data.

Try a different browser. If the issue only happens in one browser, it's a cache or extension problem. Incognito / private mode is a quick test — it bypasses extensions and cache.

Try a different network. Switch between Wi-Fi and cell data, or try another Wi-Fi network. Some corporate firewalls block chamber features.

Report what you tried
