The Help Center search bar is the fastest way to find an article. It searches article titles, summaries, tags, and body text — so even partial matches turn up the right page.
Search from anywhere in the help center
- Click the Search help... bar at the top of any help page (or press ⌘K / Ctrl+K on desktop).
- Type a word or phrase — results appear as you type, with the best matches first.
- Use arrow keys to navigate results, Enter to open one.
- Press Esc to close without opening a result.
Better search tips
- Use specific terms. "Cancel membership" beats "how to stop."
- Search by what you're seeing. If you got an error like "payment failed," searching those exact words will find the troubleshooting article.
- Try the button label. Exact button text (like "Cancel at Period End") is indexed and usually lands you on the right article quickly.
No results?
- Try fewer words or a synonym.
- Contact us — if enough members search for something we don't cover, we'll write an article about it.
